DreamQuest Fitness offers group circuit resistance training in a small group setting ensuring maximum effectiveness and individualized attention. Pep and Tiff set up a training regimen that includes diverse workouts and expert coaching. A fun, positive, and inspirational experience. Four person minimum. Twelve person maximum.
