CONSULTATION AND FITNESS ASSESSMENT

DreamQuest Fitness embraces the "law of individual differences," recognizing that each client has unique health and fitness goals.  Our one-on-one 60 minute consultation includes subjective and objective fitness assessments (as well as cardio-respiratory, postural and performance assessments) to determine the client's physical activity readiness (PAR-Q) so that we may safely and effectively design a fitness program that can accurately be measured for progression from the very first training session - helping to guide The DreamQuest Fitness Team in personalizing an aligned fitness and lifestyle program.
