Our one-on-one 60 minute consultation includes subjective and objective fitness assessments (as well as cardio-respiratory, postural and performance assessments) to determine the your physical activity readiness (PAR-Q) so that we may safely and effectively design a fitness program that can accurately be measured for progression from the very first training session - helping to guide the DreamQuest Fitness team in personalizing an aligned fitness and lifestyle program just for you.
